Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to our enterprise infrastructure and services. By utilizing our network, you agree to comply with the following operational agreements.

Acceptance & Account Security

By provisioning resources on the ELITE ISG platform, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these terms. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IAM (Identity and Access Management) credentials, API tokens, and SSH keys.

Any activities executed under your tenant account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying compromised behavior.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

ELITE ISG provides a financially backed 99.99% uptime guarantee for all core compute, storage, and networking services.

Downtime is defined as a total loss of external connectivity to your instances, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (which are communicated at least 72 hours in advance). If we fail to meet this SLA, you are eligible for service credits applied to your next billing cycle, up to 100% of the affected month's charges.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our infrastructure must not be used to engage in illegal, abusive, or highly irresponsible behavior. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deploying malware, ransomware, or engaging in unauthorized botnet command & control.
  • Conducting unauthorized network scanning, packet sniffing, or DDoS attacks.
  • Hosting content that violates intellectual property rights or international law.
  • Crypto-mining on general-purpose compute instances without prior written approval.

* Violation of the AUP results in immediate blackholing of network traffic and termination of services without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELITE ISG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or inability to access the services.

Our total liability for all claims related to the services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to ELITE ISG for the specific service in the twelve (12) months prior to the incident causing the liability.
