Privacy Policy

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your information with enterprise-grade protection.

Last Updated: June 2026

01.Information Collection

When you interact with ELITE ISG IT platforms and services, we collect both identifiable and non-identifiable information necessary to deliver enterprise-grade performance and security.

  • Account Data: Name, email address, corporate credentials, and billing information.
  • Telemetry Data: IP addresses, browser types, API request volumes, latency metrics, and system interaction logs.
  • Service Data: Configurations, network topologies, and metadata related to the services you consume on our platform.

We employ rigorous minimization techniques, ensuring we only collect what is strictly necessary for operational integrity and compliance.

02.How We Use Information

The data we collect is fundamentally utilized to architect, maintain, and optimize your IT infrastructure. Specifically, your data is used to:

  • Authenticate and authorize your access to our cloud environments.
  • Monitor cluster health, detect anomalies, and prevent DDoS or intrusion attempts.
  • Process transactions and deliver SLA-backed support.
  • Continuously train our automated threat-detection models (strictly using anonymized metadata).

03.Data Sharing & Sub-processors

ELITE ISG does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or corporate data. We share information solely under the following circumstances:

Certified Sub-processors: We utilize global cloud providers, CDN networks, and payment gateways. All third-party sub-processors are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and undergo independent SOC 2 Type II audits.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the vital interests of our infrastructure against malicious actors.

04. Security Protocols

Security is embedded into our CI/CD pipelines and physical infrastructure. All data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3 and AES-256-GCM encryption. Data at rest is encrypted at the volume level.

We utilize zero-knowledge architectures for credential management and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across all administrative boundaries.

05.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You may also restrict processing or request data portability.

To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) via our support portal. We commit to responding to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
